Post-tenant services include:

• 24/7 property management

• First contact for all tenant issues

• Will arrange all property management service calls

• Will attend property appointments

• Will conduct street-level overview of property every 6 months

Price: $2,400 per year per door
(20% management fee will be added to service bills)

Pre + post-tenant services include:

• Property ad development and wording

• Prospective tenant review

• Preparation of all necessary paperwork

• Rental rate determination
